Meet Nicole Jennings- Girau
Nicole is a wife, stepmother to 4, and has been ever engaged in the field of healing throughout the past 11 years. She is well versed in helping others tap into the root causes of their pain and helping them move from a place of surviving to thriving. After witnessing her own father’s recovery from a brain stem stroke, she found herself at a professional crossroad. She has always been aware that healing is a tripod- the medical model seeks to heal the body, therapy seeks to heal the mind, but often times the spiritual aspect of healing remains unaddressed. It is this aspect that led Nicole to dive more deeply into integrative wellness and immerse herself into true healing.

I am honoured to be a part of yours! I have been involved and ever-evolving in the therapy world for the past ten years. I am certified as a CGCS- Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, CFTP- Certified Family trauma professional, CMHIMP- Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Professional, and am a Soulcollage ® Workshop facilitator. All of these fancy letters mean one thing- I am dedicated to keeping up with the latest tools for your benefit.
Most of my peers tell me that they never hear clients laugh more than my clients and I do- and that signifies healing! I am very up front, human, and will call it as I see it. I’m constantly seeking ways to help my clients grow.

Please note that as of Monday, May 12th, 2024 I will be transitioning from Growtherapy/Headway use to SimplePractice and a medical biller. Therefore you will be sent a portal link and be requested to fill out documents for the practice.

Spiritual Sessions
Many clients have expressed blockages to trusting themselves and their intuition. We replay narratives that are blocking us from loving ourselves and following our truth. Spiritual Life Coaching can help recalibrate some of these narratives and remove barriers. Coaching can be conducted in 6-8 sessions for more immediate results

Workshops
SoulCollage®️ Workshops engage the individual’s senses through the use of imagery and intuition. Through the use of collaged cards, attendees can reflect upon the many parts of the self and the many wisdoms a card may hold.
In loving memory of
Thomas P. Jennings, Sr.
Thomas suffered a brain stem stroke on February 28th 2023. He fought valiantly to relearn how to eat, speak, and walk. Several medical malpractice events sadly led to his passing just 8 months later, on November 13. It is impossible to have not been inspired by Thomas’s unconditional love, which in turn fuels our fire to help our clients engage in the life they desire. In life he was sharp, sarcastic, witty, & a prolific writer. We strongly believe that grief is simply an immense love we can no longer give our person. It is our deep love and his journey that drives us to provide a safe space and healing experience to every soul that joins us.
